Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets such as tilapia or cod
- 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to create the marinade.
- Pat the fish fillets dry and place them in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the fillets, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a steamer. Place sliced vegetables on the steaming tray and arrange the marinated fish fillets on top.
