Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each avocado half to create a larger well for the egg.
  • Place the avocado halves in a baking dish to keep them steady. Crack one egg into each avocado half.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set to your liking.
  • Remove from the oven and top each avocado half with a slice of cooked bacon.
  • Serve immediately.
