- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices bacon cooked
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each avocado half to create a larger well for the egg.
Place the avocado halves in a baking dish to keep them steady. Crack one egg into each avocado half.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set to your liking.
Remove from the oven and top each avocado half with a slice of cooked bacon.
